The job took a lot longer than anticipated, not entirely the fault of Sandal BMW, but keeping me informed of progress wasn't completely satisfactory.

I called and did not get a call back after leaving my number. Called again a few days later still no call back. Eventually on my third call did I get a call back. My car was picked up and dropped off on the same day but no courtesy car was available
my visit was a factory recall and I have no idea what was or was not done
Your customer service assistant called Sarah was the most helpful and pleasant person that I have come across in any main dealer service department; what ever you are paying Sarah is probably not enough!
If they had checked both sides to ensure the issue would not have returned and I wouldnt have had to repeat the process a week later I would have awarded 5 stars.

At first I was told that the issue could not be fixed under warranty however, after looking at the car, I was told it could be. The procedure was fast and smooth
Works completed on time and first time. The only issue was the length of time to get a courtesy car. The timescale was so long I booked the car in without a courtesy car, BUT this dealership brought me home so they couldn't have been better, thanks!
Had slight delay getting part but kept up to date with progress and soon completed
Problem with ad blue system resolved after having been into a different BMW dealer on two previous occasions. The car was recovered from my place of work and a hire car was organised through Enterprise - all very efficiently
I spent over £800 on a service and MOT and my car wasn't valleted inside or out. I have been a customer with BMW for 10 years and this has always been part of the service.

First service was not completed on time, I received zero communication regarding progress or what caused the delay and had to chase for information. Car was not cleaned because they had run out of time.
I had to follow up to check if my vehicle was ready. Otherwise I was satisfied

Since purchasing our 2 cars from Sandal Huddersfield we have had them maintained by their Service Department who have always been very helpful. So much so that we have bought another BMW from them now.
I was very pleased with Sandals I didn't feel as if I was taking my car for service as I never went near the service desk such a refreshing change. I would have given a score of 5 but they did not have anyone available to pick me up when ready.
One small niggle about the car, the cigarette lighter would not charge. Came back working, apparently it was a fuse. Car returned from service with a great valet. Really like the quality of people employed at Sandal.

I was booked in for 8am ,told them I was waiting to collect 5 hours later my car appeared. Far too long to wait.
Good welcome when arriving , quick easy process for dropping off car and return call to say it was ready to pick up
As before, friendly and helpful staff along side a very pleasant atmosphere within the well presented showroom
They stuck at the problem until it was solved (hopefully)
they did not mention that my rear tyre was balding on the inner side
The staff were helpful, & looked after me as a customer very well.The only let downs were courtesy cars don't have fuel in tank, which does not help when you are going on motorway, & car valeting was poor at Sandal, compared to Williams Rochdale

Poor customer service. Very poor communication. Terrible expectation setting. Difficult to speak to anyone. 1 star service from a supposed 5 star brand.
To Quote to Service agent BMW are a German Company and they see everything in Black and White, you have an issue, its not covered, you have to pay if you want it fixed I chose not to due to the price and service I had received.

Have been with The Sandal BMW Huddersfield for the last 3 years - always got good service
I dropped the vehicle off the night before & was greeted by the receptionist who kindly took my keys & explained that it would be ready for 10:30 the following morning.
Good customer service and communication.

Generally dissatisfied due to works not being completed on the given day. really no excuse for ordering wrong parts when the issue was noted as near side wing mirror parts order for offside, other parts claimed not delivered from Germany

In comparison to previous contacts this time around seemed to be very unprofessional whether that was caused by lack of experienced staff, or other factors this has left a poor impression of service provision
The guy who was looking after my car, John was really friendly and helpful. I stated I needed my car back a little earlier and he accommodated with the really friendly attitude to boot

Couldn't get a service appt for 2 weeks which was a surprise and on the day I didn't know when the car would be collected so had to wait in all morning.

Both Kate and Gary were very helpful in advising on the financing options and the process for the early return of the 320 to BMWFS. Kate kept in regular contact to advise of the delivery date for the X1 and provided a comprehensive handover.
The salesman was very attentive and always did what he said he would do without any pressure selling. Other companies I had enquired with did not bother to return my calls.
Final hand over of new car was just a little rushed at the end due to staff holiday & the closing of the showroom.

All good with the exception of a hiccup with regard to securing the vehicle from another dealership where is was part of a sales promotion. Kept informed by sales rep and all ended well.
Listened carefully to what I wanted and ensured that the spec was correct. They also kept me informed of the likely delivery date. Overall I was treated as a valued customer. Giles was excellent and very helpfull

The show room was inviting, well laid out and had plentiful refreshments available. James Hammond was friendly and attentive without being pushy or intrusive. He went above and beyond what I expected and met our requirements at every point.
Would have been completely satisfied but brand new car had not been fully inspected correctly as the front bumper trim was damaged, had not been picked up by there garage and was highlighted by me when i came to pick up the car.
