Pleasant people to deal with
As always the Staff are friendly and helpful as ever. And you know that you can trust them to do a good job for you.
The whole experience was very easy and the people professional and friendly.
On arrival, I was asked to return at 5pm, when I questioned the need to have my car for that length of time for approximately 90minutes work, suddenly the car would be ready at 10.30am! Also, on my return home i noticed a wheel bolt missing!!
Completed on time with good communication. Prompt remedial action taken when I found someone had clipped a door mirror while waiting for me to collect the car

I had booked a loan car but on arrival I was kept waiting for 15 mins before someone came to tell me they had none available. It was made clear to me that this was my problem not the dealerships.... really!

There was little contact on progress and the service staff were difficult to get hold of when trying to check progress and organise transport to collect the car.Finally collected the car after 6pm, 45 mins after being told it was ready.

Booked in for basic service + MOT at 0800 with the vehicle not ready to collect until after 1600 (8 hours plus). A narrower timescale would be much appreciated.

I had rear panel damage to my car which was touched up by the previous owner. This was missed by BMW and myself. This was only noticed by myself when the car had to be towed back to BMW. I now have to live with it or get it repaired at my cost.
Work done in time and to the quality expected. Friendly service guy. Good facilities at the dealership. Clean and tidy.
Booked in for whining noise (3rd time for this) they took no action on this instead just carried out a MOT on a car that was to young to need it. Just a wasted day for me. Normally a good dealer but this Time hopeless and confused.

When i picked the car up I was in a rush & it took 10/15 minutes for someone to bring me my keys. I was then informed that you were a man down so didn't manage to clean my car.

Early appointment and problem resolution
It was easy to book my car in and get a courtesy car. That evening got home and noticed it has not been washed very well and had some bugs on front so got cleaned them of, Then noticed damage along all window seal - which i have spoke to chris - ong
Good service, all staff friendly and helpful and the service was efficient. The cost of the service was in my opinion quite expensive but this dealership were competetive compared to others and gave me a further discount.
First class service as always
Sandal seem to have customer service and satisfaction perfected. Every member of staff makes you feel welcome. The only negative I can say was about the loan car they gave me. I drive an auto and the gave me a manual so it took some getting used to.

The work was done to a good standard in a timely fashioon
Two issues which needed addressing have not been properly sorted. Driver door still creaks on opening and closing. Warning on car computer about vertical headlight aim still persists despite Sandal advising there was nothing wrong with the light.
Comedy of errors. Unable to follow simple instructions. Wanted to charge for diagnostics for a warranty claim. you pay premium prices for a premium service, not a complete shambles and a cover up job.

Poor communication and lack of consideration.
Attentive service staff, I was kept fully updated and work completed ahead of expectations.
I had an issue with my parking sensor. John at Sandal immediately identified the problem and gave me a cost and timescale to rectify this. My only frustration with the issue was not necessarily related to Sandal but the cost of the work.
The car was ready, washed and vacuumed, and finished in the time we agreed

Although they said they couldn't find a fault they replaced the sender unit on the fuel tank. Fuel gauge is still faulty and we have had to book car back in. When we got car back from repair, the inside smells of diesel and still does after 2 weeks

I was contacted to have the car serviced as I had paid for the servicing when I bought the car and it was booked in.It was completed and ready when promised.As good a service as I have ever had .
Initially given the wrong price for the running in service on my M4 and was quoted for an oil and filter service. The work was dealt with by Mini rather than BMW and info regarding service was sparse. Drivers seat was left dusty More info but .......

I think the service department needs to sharpen up. Very little interaction with the people dealing with the service, other than the basics. Take the keys, and paying the bill on my return.
My car needed updates recommended by BMW and although I was informed at the time of booking my car in by telephone it would have been better if I was informed of the time scale involved. You do contact me by phone and email on other matters.

Very pleasant environment and staff members very accommodating
Everything went smoothly and exactly as arranged.
I am not so keen on the change to not having the service staff as part of the main showroom, and the time spent waiting to be seen has increased. Other than that everything else was ok.

Staff very courteous, all work was carried out in a timely manner and I even got a decent loan car.
Service good after initial contact with Service Manager. Given that the car is 9 months old and had developed a fault I was shocked to be advised of the charging policy. Whilst I understand what was said I found it heavy handed.
The price quoted wasn't honoured and it took in excess of 3 hours to change 4 tyres
I am not aware of what work that has been undertaken, what has been replaced or checked. I have already contacted BMW UK for clarification on what should be included in my service pack and what paperwork I should expect to receive from the dealership

Top class all round. Only nit-bit, went on for longer than two hours, minor detail but I could have planned work better had I known.
Spent a lot of time waiting around for anybody to emerge from the back office, both when dropping the car off and when picking it up. Appalling customer service, it was like I was interrupting their day.
When I collected the car it was covered in a grey sparkling dust, the tyres were grey instead of black and not exactly clean inside. I think I have been quite generous by giving 2 stars.

I shouldn't have to negotiate on price. You have a discount scale on your system but do not offer your customers the best price available to them unless they ask for it. This creates bad feeling.
All my expectations were met and delivered with great service as always.
Car in for service/mot. Agreed 4 hour slot. Told on arrival car needed all day.A charge of £30 was applied at mot due to tyre rotation positioning being incorrect. Subsequently told no time to carry out valet 'as valet requires wheels removed'.

Happy with service, just a little dissatisfied that to rectify a parking sensor fault the front number plate surround had to be removed to see if the fault would be rectified. Surely this should be rectified without having to alter the car from std.
My vehicle was damaged whilst in your hands and it took several days for me to be given an explanation, also this was the third time something like this as happened.

Stacy was excellent in helping me order and take delivery of my new car. This is the 3rd BMW and 2nd ordered via Stacy.
From the initial inquiries regarding a new car everything was explained carefully and clearly to me by salesperson Dave Cowen. I never felt under any pressure to buy and felt that I had plenty of time to decide everything.
The overall service from start to finish was perfect,the sales executive James Hammond could not off done any more to make us feel satisfied with the professional way he dealt with our needs, he was so helpful and could not do enough for us ,
