staffs in service dept. are really helpful, they tell me how to claim the insurance step by step patiently, very quick response, really appreciate!
This was a tyre swap and wheel collect - all dealt with properly and cleanly
As always all the staff were friendly and polite. I had the use of a loan car for the day and it was all processed in a friendly manner.
My car was bumped/scratched whilst in your possession. You kept me waiting to tell me. There was no good will gesture offered I had to push for something. I had to chase after a week of being told the scratch was being sorted to see when it was going
Please see my above comments.However, this is not the first time I have been kept waiting for hours longer than arranged and several years ago when a new tyre was needed to pass the MOT, they fitted a different make of tyre to the existing ones.
Only minor gripe not service's fault - had part to collect (wind deflector) which was put into the wrong car and had to be returned by that car's owner and collected a week later
Booked in for a 90 minute fast service, service took 130 minutes. The reception staff were not very friendly.
Service was exemplary from start to finish. Only wish I could remember who dealt with me, as he was extremely professional and talked me through the whole process.
For the second time in few weeks there has been a problem with the roof mechanism (Z4) and despite allowing Sandal a full 5 working days this time the car was returned with the problem not fixed.Delay has been in excess of 1 month

Service was Thursday, dropped car off Tuesday night due to work commitments, car was ready Wednesday, a full 24 hours before it was due. Well done the Huddersfield team.

Got told a cost and then when it came to paying the guy tried saying another price.

Once I got in contact the service was really good. However, I found it difficult to get in contact as the service department was busy and did not return 2 calls they said they would.
As I said, I could not have asked for more. This was a minor problem under warranty and was fixed swiftly and efficiently.
With Japanese imports it can be difficult, but they completed the work.
The service centre from first point of contact to the end product has always treated me in a professional manner plus my vehicle is well looked after.
First ever disappointment . A waiting appointment to swap from winter to summer wheels after 5 months on winters led to most of day off the road 2x £12 taxi journeys.A bill for a new set of Locking Wheel Studs. Apparently due to 1 being 'seized'
Had to wait 15 minutes to see service, not a complaint just an observation, if the wait had been 5minutes or less then it would have been 5 stars
Because of the time it took
Cost me an extra £80 to unblock a windscreen washer tube on top of my £500 service. I had a vibrating engine cover which they assured me was rectified. When the car was returned it was the same. Had to take it back and wait 3 hours for grommets fit
The service was completed but the car was not cleaned either inside or out.I asked for a quotation to be prepared on repair to scratches on my Alloy wheels and perhaps complete on the day, neither was completed.Noise on front suspension not found !
Very efficient cannot be faulted.
Customer's interest has the priority.
I had to wait around in an empty showroom for no reason. Not my idea of a premium brand.

excellent service, i travel 70 miles for there services as our local bmw dealer in derby has the worst customer service
The exterior valet was poor, it would actually have been better to not bother. Also there was muck on the top of the engine in the engine compartment, it would have been more appreciated to have jet washed that more than anything else.
Happy with the experience the only downside was the length of time I have to wait each visit.
Service was not done correctly
Very efficient and friendly service co-ordinators. Quickly arranged for loan car while waiting for part to be delivered.
Very well looked after and a good deal negotiated.
The car had a fair few minor scratches which needed to be buffed out before we could drive it away.
We were not rushed with our decision, even though we were changing our mind. All the extra additional parts were ordered for us without any unassay hassle.
The staff at Sandal BMW Huddersfield could not have treated us better. This is our second new BMW from them and they have made the experience very special.
The centre team worked around our schedule and timing incredibly well, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
Delivery was delayed due to 2 recalls and advice on delivery date changed on several occasions which affected personal plans. Otherwise fine.
