Service staff excellent, disappointed in the cost of tyres and parts. I had my tyres replaced at Sandals in the past due to a competitive price but now they are over a third more expensive than national tyre companies.
It took me over 30 minutes to book my car in at the desk, even after the receptionists called service several times, no one appeared. Waited over 2 hrs and a half. for my first service. ( quoted 1 hr )
Because they did not find the cause of the problem but still charged me.

Because I was completely satisfied! I was loaned a car for the time my own was being adjusted for safety reasons as per your recent recall. My vehicle was ready for collection as had been agreed and had also been cleaned for me.Much appreciated!!

As above, whilst the MOT was carried out on time as planned, the damaged caused in your workshop took over a week to repair, even though I was initial told my car would be returned within two days!

Well car went in for repair and left me stranded without a car. Got car back and things are broken

We have been made to feel at ease every time we have visited the premises and well looked after explaining every process fully .
Because it was much more efficient. I don't need to talk to someone let alone spend 25minutes to get my keys back, as happened last time.
My second visit for service was handled very well however hard to score higher than 2 as the service was delayed by 2 weeks from my first visit as my loan car wasn't secured
Staff were great just costs were crazy
I said that this was not good enough and that I needed my car back as I was returning to work the next day. Eventually, I was 99% assured that it would be back on the same day but this only came after I had done all of the running around.

In line with the awful service received throughout my dealings with Sandal Huddersfield, I was told that the cheque paying me £15,000 for my car would be posted to me. It was left on someone's desk for ten days and not sent to me.

As always the Staff are friendly and helpful as ever. And you know that you can trust them to do a good job for you.
On arrival, I was asked to return at 5pm, when I questioned the need to have my car for that length of time for approximately 90minutes work, suddenly the car would be ready at 10.30am! Also, on my return home i noticed a wheel bolt missing!!
The whole experience was very easy and the people professional and friendly.

I had booked a loan car but on arrival I was kept waiting for 15 mins before someone came to tell me they had none available. It was made clear to me that this was my problem not the dealerships.... really!

There was little contact on progress and the service staff were difficult to get hold of when trying to check progress and organise transport to collect the car.Finally collected the car after 6pm, 45 mins after being told it was ready.
Booked in for basic service + MOT at 0800 with the vehicle not ready to collect until after 1600 (8 hours plus). A narrower timescale would be much appreciated.

I had rear panel damage to my car which was touched up by the previous owner. This was missed by BMW and myself. This was only noticed by myself when the car had to be towed back to BMW. I now have to live with it or get it repaired at my cost.
Work done in time and to the quality expected. Friendly service guy. Good facilities at the dealership. Clean and tidy.
Booked in for whining noise (3rd time for this) they took no action on this instead just carried out a MOT on a car that was to young to need it. Just a wasted day for me. Normally a good dealer but this Time hopeless and confused.

When i picked the car up I was in a rush & it took 10/15 minutes for someone to bring me my keys. I was then informed that you were a man down so didn't manage to clean my car.

Early appointment and problem resolution
It was easy to book my car in and get a courtesy car. That evening got home and noticed it has not been washed very well and had some bugs on front so got cleaned them of, Then noticed damage along all window seal - which i have spoke to chris - ong
Good service, all staff friendly and helpful and the service was efficient. The cost of the service was in my opinion quite expensive but this dealership were competetive compared to others and gave me a further discount.
Sandal seem to have customer service and satisfaction perfected. Every member of staff makes you feel welcome. The only negative I can say was about the loan car they gave me. I drive an auto and the gave me a manual so it took some getting used to.

Car in for service for brake fluid change only.Slight delay in keys being returned.Otherwise it would be a 5 out of 5.
Two issues which needed addressing have not been properly sorted. Driver door still creaks on opening and closing. Warning on car computer about vertical headlight aim still persists despite Sandal advising there was nothing wrong with the light.
Comedy of errors. Unable to follow simple instructions. Wanted to charge for diagnostics for a warranty claim. you pay premium prices for a premium service, not a complete shambles and a cover up job.
5 * for oil and filter service
I had an issue with my parking sensor. John at Sandal immediately identified the problem and gave me a cost and timescale to rectify this. My only frustration with the issue was not necessarily related to Sandal but the cost of the work.

The service we received from both the salesman (James Hammond), the reception team and the sales manager was excellent. The advice and knowledge and the time spent with us contributed to our decision to purchase a BMW.
It was made very easy by the sales staff, they had exactly the car I wanted to test drive and I made my purchase decision during the drive.

Stacy was excellent in helping me order and take delivery of my new car. This is the 3rd BMW and 2nd ordered via Stacy.
From the initial inquiries regarding a new car everything was explained carefully and clearly to me by salesperson Dave Cowen. I never felt under any pressure to buy and felt that I had plenty of time to decide everything.
