Sales Administrator

Based at our Wakefield Dealership, this full time position  involves varied sales administration duties including invoicing, taxing vehicles, creating stock records, filing, maintaining accurate records as well as supporting the Sales Department.

You will be able to demonstrate:-
• Ability to work accurately and to strict deadlines
• Working well as part of a team
• Good interpersonal and computer skills

Previous motor trade experience and knowledge of Kerridge ADP system is desirable.

Senior Accounts Administrator

Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing, and control of the accounting ledger information.This hands-on role will involve:


• Assistance with production of monthly management accounts.

Customer Relationship Executive

As a member of our small professional team, you will be responsible for:-

 

  • Maintaining customer contact throughout the ownership cycle via telephone and email campaigns.
  • Effective enquiry management.
  • Cleansing and updating the database, accurately recording customer information.
  • Identifying prospect and sales opportunities and ensuring that the progress of the enquiry is dealt with in a professional and speedy manor.

 

Your customer relationship experience should be comprehensive and include knowledge of a CRM database but not necessarily in the motor industry.

 

This is a hands on role, reporting to the CRM Manager, which involves working closely with both our Sales and Aftersales teams to ensure our business potential is maximised and we exceed our customers expectations.
