Finance Retention Specialist

As the Finance Retention Specialist within the BMW Sales Department, you will be responsible for ensuring long term customer satisfaction and finance retention. Duties will include:
Proactively call existing BMW Financial Service customers to advise on new vehicle promotions and to navigate renewal options
Arranging contact to existing BMW Financial Services customers throughout their agreement
Utilising Dealership software, running targeted campaigns and recognise opportunities on both physical new / used stock
Being the first contact for Digital sales enquiries made via our digital platforms and respond to these in a professional and timely manner
This position suits only top quality candidates who have drive, a positive attitude, are hard working and who have ambition to succeed in this prestige role. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, experienced in car sales at a dealership level and have excellent interpersonal skills, or have proven experience of working in a similar role within customer
retention and selling on the telephone.
