It feels like every occasion (though its maybe only 90% of the time) I leave the car with you something goes wrong and it uses up more of my time for the 'issue' to be corrected. I do not wish to waste any more of time dealing with Hudd Sandal
Good level of the service; friendly and efficient this time around
Based on my recent experience as mentioned above.
Prompt, courteous and honest.
Work done as and when requested. No unexpected costs incurred. Car valeted prior to collection.
Service was not updated on the car although I specifically asked that it was done as they missed it last time so now I have to find time to make another visit just to get it updated (again)
Staff always welcoming and helpful, work done to high standard and on time.
Customer service at the reception was good, but no clean car and no personalised video was a bit of a disappointment. BMW have since offered to clean my car at my convenience, but I declined
My car was returned after service, unwashed and unvacuumed, though to be fair, the dealership has sorted the matter and offered me a full valet
I've rarely taken my BMWs to anybody else but Sandal. The main reason being that the car is returned by Sandal in perfect condition.
Ayesha at the reception was very helpful and informative when dropping the vehicle off to picking up the vehicle up
Did get a free valet but wasn't up to my standard. Bits were left unwashed screen was left with smear marks.
Vehicle was left to be collected with Alarm Status on dashboard indicating the bonnet of the X3 was open. It's difficult to understand how that cold have happened; other than by ignoring the alarms. The vehicle hadn't been cleaned at collection.
Took 50 minutes to be seen to both dropping off and collecting, always have to phone to see if car is ready at the end of the day, lack of communication.

Could not fault anything at all Alex was responsible for the service and he told me how long it would be and he was spot on time
After cleaning the car there were oily footprints on the drivers side carpets,after complaining, the carpet was cleaned but not the transmission tunnel. I have to say the staff were courteous at all times.

I had my MOT there and was met by the staff with a full report on the vehicles condition after it passed the MOT. PLUS it came back spotlessly cleaned inside and out of which i never expected i was well pleased.
my car was built ii April 2016 but wasn't registered until June so the service wasn't due until June but the on board computer informed me it was required in April. I will now return in June to have the remaining works done.
See above. Treated like I had a £500 banger not a year old BMW. If there was a no star option I would have used that.

Pre End of Warranty Check Service Manager very helpful and efficient
Some communication issues on when my vehicle would be ready meant my vehicle was kept overnight, also some of the work was not completed and the vehicle has been re-booked to complete.
The dealership had some technician shortages to deal with, that's understandable but I can't help but think this should be better planned for - it's pretty poor calling customers at 15:30 to say we have not been able to start the work.

Polite staff and a quick turnaround. The cars always nice and clean on return. Price wasn't to bad either.
Took 90 minutes to collect car following an MOT, seat memory settings had been cleared and despite valeting car was covered in dust.
The dealership was completely full of vehicles, with nowhere to park. Customers where left to fend for themselves. The car was not valeted. Also a lot of waiting to hand the car over and to collect it.

Have always received great service
Car was in for an MOT and failed. The service manager was off sick the nextday and nothing happened in his absence and there was no communication for >24 hours that my car was off the road. I enquired about the car at 4pm and nobody returned my call
No issues with the service itself
Richard wss brilliant from start to finish. Not pushy at all. Listened to what I was looking for and made it happen.
The customer reps are lovely and easy to speak to but you do get the sense that you are being rushed through. For the price of going to a BMW dealer I would have expected a little bit more. Especially with the car coming back dirtier then when left
Poor customer service no promises kept
We were given a thorough explanation of what had been done to the car and everything was within the prearranged time frame.
The car was serviced and cleaned inside and out. The only negative was that they said they would ring us when the car was ready, but didn't . We rang late afternoon to find it ready, but we probably could have picked it up earlier!

Cost of an oil service a bit too high.
See above... all time wasted and a cut finger equivalent to a paper cut.....hopefully will be sorted at third visit.
No complaints about the work on the car. Car late to promised availability and no service personnel to explain. Service personnel appear to be a rare species and it is left to the receptionists to keep apologising and saying no one is available.

Car checked by a technician was put forward for MOT and yet failed. A car considered safe to drive could have been driven away as an MOT fail! Who is checking? I went a whole day without any updates and nobody returned my call. An absolute shambles!

1)They don't collect car from home.There is no courtesy car offer.No pick and drop either.They don't even ask. 2)Told me they'll get the car booked in for the check on intermittent PDC failure for the 27/03/2019. Both issues-pretty substandard.
the work carried out is always good
The front of house staff were great very polite and welcoming. My criticism is to do with the cleaning of the car, outside it was streaky and it looked like a dirty cloth had been used the inside was the same, the shiny black plastic was dull etc
Advisor was great but fact the job what needed doing turned into a massive headache back and fourth when could of been sorted straight away
Having previously owned Audi we were somewhat disappointed that a collect from home service was not available. Courtesy cars not always available

Because James Hammond, the Motability specialist at Sandal Huddersfield , was extremely helpful, courteous and nothing was too much trouble.
The service we received at the BMW Centre was excellent, all persons involved were very knowledgeable and helpful, always polite and welcoming.
