I had very tight timing to work with when servicing my car and the staff at Sandal did everything they could to help.
I had to fight my corner to get this issue resolved via warranty but they were sympathetic as I am a long standing customer. They know I dont lie & I look after my cars they supported me 100%. My car wasnt ready when told it was causing revisit

Honest and patient sales staff. Customer needs met and offer a good price to match other dealerships. The meet and greet for after sales issues is very good. Lack of availability of courtesy cars within reasonable timescales the only negative.

Overall very satisfied. The one thing to do better would be an email, text, mail, or telephone call to confirm the scheduled appointment date, time, and proposed activities. Ideally at least two days before the proposed appointment, and at booking.

Some niggling problems after you updated the software. Still trying to resolve this as I complete this survey. In a professional world I should not have had the problem in the first place.
Initially by the price quote for a tyre £399, though this was reduced to £240, comparable with other quotes. The replacement took over two hours, with no contact for the delay, and the car was returned with a dirty oil stain on the upholstery

I am a loyal returning customer to this dealer and the service received was excellent, they even supported my repair bill to reduce to £700. The dealer should have further support from BMW to offer warranty customer FOC or atleast FOC Labour.

Solution to problem explained in laymans terms and length of time to correct it explained fully - no over-promising. Courtesy car provided for 24 hours.
Sandals were very efficient but let down by enterprise who could not provide a replacement vehicle in 10 hours!!!!
The receptionist, Lorraine, was as friendly and pleasant as ever. However as we dropped the car off, she was unable to raise a Service Advisor to check over the car externally before leaving it.

The only down side was that I booked the car in for first thing. I am sure that in the past there has been someone on reception earlier than 8am so that I could leave the care with them.
Sandal badly misjudged how long it would take to 'wash' the car after work done causing excessive delay.Internal cleaning of car v poor including applying silicone spray all over leather dashboard and screens.Fault not fixed but charged for!
Unusual for Sandal but vehicle was no better when collected and trim panels were still loose and left in bootHad to rebook vehicle in for another 2 days November 16th, this is earliest i could get a loan car.

Drop off was a breeze and I was told it would be ready for around 11AM. Unfortunately, it was not handed back until around 2PM and despite being in the dealership I was not informed of the delay until 15 minutes prior - not even an attempt to call.
when phoning to book the car in invariably there is no one available in Service to take the call with a promise of a call back which usually, but not always, is made. This can be inconvenient needing to be in front of our desk diary to confirm.
Had to phone up to make a complaint afterwards. Was told they would get someone to call me back. This didn't happen. Uncalled again to be told the same and still haven't received a call back. I've given up with BMW..!!

very easy to book in. they picked up and delivered the car from my address and also carried out a service wash. A much better experience than using the Bradford dealership

I wasn't offered the service pack at purchase time, but the staff were very helpful adding it on afterwards and even suggested it to make my servicing cheaper. It did take a bit of time though to process.
My vehicle was in for a service and I was told my vehicle would be returned to me by 14:00/14:30 latest which I agreed, therefore not using a courtesy vehicle. After several calls my vehicle eventually returned 17:30. I was supposed to collect my chi
My car was recalled re airbags and as far as I know it was rectified.
No complicated questions. Just got on with the job at hand.
Pleasant welcome when arriving to drop car off. Whilst not required at the time offer of breakfast and lift home. Request that car be ready for a certain time was adhered to, enabling me to meet unexpected appointment in the afternoon.
Our car developed a rattle at 6 months, it was booked in, a technician came out on a road test and diagnosed the issue and it was resolved under warranty. Big thank you to Mat and John.
The routine service and MOT took about four and a half hours, which seems an inordinately long time given I had to sit and wait owing to the apparent absence of a courtesy car.
The staff are attentive, friendly and accommodating. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Excellent customer service.

No courtesy car was availableI asked for the navigation to be updated, as it was out of date whilst I was driving in Europe. It wasn't done as they say it will cost £130 to complete, which is outrageous when all you do is plug a memory stick in.

The job took a lot longer than anticipated, not entirely the fault of Sandal BMW, but keeping me informed of progress wasn't completely satisfactory.

I called and did not get a call back after leaving my number. Called again a few days later still no call back. Eventually on my third call did I get a call back. My car was picked up and dropped off on the same day but no courtesy car was available
my visit was a factory recall and I have no idea what was or was not done
If they had checked both sides to ensure the issue would not have returned and I wouldnt have had to repeat the process a week later I would have awarded 5 stars.
Your customer service assistant called Sarah was the most helpful and pleasant person that I have come across in any main dealer service department; what ever you are paying Sarah is probably not enough!

Works completed on time and first time. The only issue was the length of time to get a courtesy car. The timescale was so long I booked the car in without a courtesy car, BUT this dealership brought me home so they couldn't have been better, thanks!
