When I picked up the vehicle, I was told to wait in reception. Half an hour later a guy came over from Service. He said “there is your key Mr Senior” and that was literally the handover. I had to ask where it was parked! No paperwork provided either

Communication was not great in regards to the pick up of the vehicle after the service. Would have thought the car would have been thoroughly cleaned but it was not in great condition when picked back up.

Im slightly more satisfied than "Fairly Satisfied" but not quite "Very Satisfied" , main reason was availability of obtaining a courtesy car and the procedure of having to contact and use my insurance (or pay to use Sandals), which is a inconvenience

My car went in for the front brake pads changing and the Sat Nav updating. My Service envelope clearly stated 'Do not wash Car' - the car had been hand washed by someone and every panel was scratched, also the Sat Nav update did not go through!

There is know defect with the seals around the door dating back to at least 2015 and BMW still haven't resolved it at the factory. I know this as my brother has had two 3 series with the same fault. Garage repaired this, but had to return the car.
