Service was Thursday, dropped car off Tuesday night due to work commitments, car was ready Wednesday, a full 24 hours before it was due. Well done the Huddersfield team.

As I said, I could not have asked for more. This was a minor problem under warranty and was fixed swiftly and efficiently.
Once I got in contact the service was really good. However, I found it difficult to get in contact as the service department was busy and did not return 2 calls they said they would.
With Japanese imports it can be difficult, but they completed the work.
The service centre from first point of contact to the end product has always treated me in a professional manner plus my vehicle is well looked after.
First ever disappointment . A waiting appointment to swap from winter to summer wheels after 5 months on winters led to most of day off the road 2x £12 taxi journeys.A bill for a new set of Locking Wheel Studs. Apparently due to 1 being 'seized'
Had to wait 15 minutes to see service, not a complaint just an observation, if the wait had been 5minutes or less then it would have been 5 stars
Because of the time it took
Cost me an extra £80 to unblock a windscreen washer tube on top of my £500 service. I had a vibrating engine cover which they assured me was rectified. When the car was returned it was the same. Had to take it back and wait 3 hours for grommets fit
The service was completed but the car was not cleaned either inside or out.I asked for a quotation to be prepared on repair to scratches on my Alloy wheels and perhaps complete on the day, neither was completed.Noise on front suspension not found !

I had to wait around in an empty showroom for no reason. Not my idea of a premium brand.
Customer's interest has the priority.

The exterior valet was poor, it would actually have been better to not bother. Also there was muck on the top of the engine in the engine compartment, it would have been more appreciated to have jet washed that more than anything else.

I opted for a courtesy car. When I dropped my car off at 8.00 AM and took the loan car it was very muddy, inside and out and had fuel enough for six miles, according to the computer! not enough to get me home. I was advised that it was returned late
My cars are all very old, but Sandal seem to be quite knowledgable
The service is very good. I am always advised on the best service and cost. The work is always done on time and to a very good standard. The waiting area is always clean. The car is cleaned well. Everyone is always polite and willing to have a chat.
They keep their time promise and valet the car

I think hiding the Service Advisors in a back office is a retrograde step, I would prefer to see them up front and Customer facing as they were previously.

I would of thought as I had to rearrange my day for the pick up of my car through no fault of mine, some form of compensation would of been appropriate.
When I picked up the vehicle, I was told to wait in reception. Half an hour later a guy came over from Service. He said there is your key Mr Senior and that was literally the handover. I had to ask where it was parked! No paperwork provided either

Communication was not great in regards to the pick up of the vehicle after the service. Would have thought the car would have been thoroughly cleaned but it was not in great condition when picked back up.
Im slightly more satisfied than "Fairly Satisfied" but not quite "Very Satisfied" , main reason was availability of obtaining a courtesy car and the procedure of having to contact and use my insurance (or pay to use Sandals), which is a inconvenience

The service on my car was not completed as requested, with a number of items missed completely, including dealing with a warning regarding coolant levels. This required a second visit to complete outstanding work after I contacted the dealership.
All work completed on time and car felt much better for the love and care given it.

I chose completely satisfied because everything went to plan,from collection,contacting me to inform me what they were going to do when servicing the car and contacting me when it was due to be returned and to inform me the service was complete.
Karl the service manager was fantastic - i had a surprise that i needed a new wheel which meant a failed MOT but Karl was really good at explaining the position and did a great job to source a new wheel from Germany within 24 hours.
The car had a fair few minor scratches which needed to be buffed out before we could drive it away.
We were not rushed with our decision, even though we were changing our mind. All the extra additional parts were ordered for us without any unassay hassle.
The staff at Sandal BMW Huddersfield could not have treated us better. This is our second new BMW from them and they have made the experience very special.

We bought the car over the phone, after a test drive. One of the sales team came out to us to sign the documents up, as we were going away on holiday. The sales team bent over backwards to assist!

The only issue was with the private reg plates. All along I had expressed concerns in respect of the transfer of these and when picking up my new car we were there 3 hours trying to sort out. It took another 2 weeks to finalise
There is know defect with the seals around the door dating back to at least 2015 and BMW still haven't resolved it at the factory. I know this as my brother has had two 3 series with the same fault. Garage repaired this, but had to return the car.
