Very happy with service when car was booked in, just took quite a while to get an appointment. Luckily it wasn't urgent
I described the fault & booked it in Tuesday, I dropped it <4pm Monday, told 24hrs later the part had not been ordered & so would need it another 24hrs. This is unacceptable service

They went into the problem of my faulty fuel gauge ans seem to have solved it properly. Its now working fine and the cost was zero. Thanks a lot.

Was told my steering rack had arrived, and booked car in. Was then informed that staff were off, and they'd need it over the weekend until Monday. Monday they call and say the steering rack is no longer in stock.

vehicle was also due to be assessed by body shop, but despite vehicle being with you for 3.5 working days, this did not happen.

I was expecting my service to be completed with my MOT. This is why its fairly satisfied and not very.
I have dealt with Sandal on a few occasions now and have always received excellent service. However this time was not up to standard. I was continuously left in the dark regarding the progress of my case and often waited over a week for contact.

Mostly they solve all my problems, but just ones they could not.
Because despite the misleading information from your booker the hand over of the courtesy car was handled with grace and charm.

Very good service in general. Not 5 stars due to courtesy car: had quite a long wait due to requiring a wash, and supplied with 3 miles worth of fuel and no washer fluid. John was very apologetic, but it was slightly inconvenient.

Dissatisfied that it took so long to repair my car. I don't believe I have had a suitable response to the excessive noise coming from either the transmission or wheels. I don't believe the noise is from the run flat tyres.
Overall, the service I receive from Sandal is good. Reception colleagues are always welcoming/helpful, as too Service colleagues and others. The only reason I cannot score "Very Satisfied" is the result of wasting time on a recent car renewal offer

I received a call after I left my car and was asked if my car was involved in an accident as the bumper appeared misaligned. I bought my car 3 months prior from bmw and was shocked that this was not rectified when I asked for confirmation.

Based on what I've experienced. Premises are superb and the staff are brilliant. I've always been treated with the utmost consideration, care and courtesy. As far as I know, all work has been well completed. However I have no means to check this.

I had very tight timing to work with when servicing my car and the staff at Sandal did everything they could to help.
I had to fight my corner to get this issue resolved via warranty but they were sympathetic as I am a long standing customer. They know I dont lie & I look after my cars they supported me 100%. My car wasnt ready when told it was causing revisit

The purchase of the car was fine, however aspects of the handover were poor. I arrived at a pre-organised time at 3pm and didn't leave until 6pm. This was a car that I'd ordered and it was already 3 weeks late. There were no booths to sit in.
