Always receive first class customer service from the second you step in the doorway from reception staff and all the other staff.
Service staff are helpful and explain everything that is being done with the vehicle. My response would have been 5 stars except for the high cost of servicing the vehicle.

They were helpful but all I went in for was for them to take a photo of a warranty claim on piano black dash. I couldn't see why I had to make an appointment for this as I was already in the garage discussing. Waited 2 weeks for photo?
! lit up on dash as I left and then went out after approx half a mile. This has not occurred since.Configuration of visual display has changed since the service.
When you give your car to a garage you expect some communication, not having to chase them! 14days later! Not having to be disappointed the the car was not ready when they said it would be!

This was the 3rd time the car has been in for the same fault - goes without saying it should be fixed first time. Also, the vehicle was not washed as promised when I went to collect it.

The team are always very welcoming from reception to service. However two hours to 'fit' a bulb/lamp is way to long. Just wish the waiting time was shorter.

Overall no issues an easy process from booking in to completion. I would prefer some earlier communication to confirm completion of the works and arrange collection. Residue and smears left on front windscreen from cleaning products
Because the car wasnt started for 2 days i had to ring up and ask what was going on, also they didnt wash and clean my other BMW i brought in very disappointed

Really pleased with the new X3 - its a big step on from the previous model (which at the time I really liked). Good standard equipment levels. Hope youve sorted the EGR valve isssues now as they spoilt my enjoyment of the previous car.
