The service has always been poor. The last twice I took my car in for service the keys have been lost. The last time the technician had taken them home. I complained and asked for the manager to call me the next day. Unsurprisingly there was no cal

I wasn't completely satisfied as I was told my car had been washed but when I picked it up it had not been washed.
On that occasion only; also the wheels returned appeared totally uncleaned. It is pity that the BMW does not clean wheels when placed in a storage.

Problem arose after service - very quickly rectified by Sandal - but the fault resulted in having to make a second journey to the dealership and another two hours awaiting rectification.
Waiting times were minimal, with a relaxed service whilst i waited (and great coffee)

At my service it was agreed that a new roof would be ordered for my car as it was not correctly fixed last time. I have still not heard from Sandal Huddersfield and this is 2-3 months later

The only improvement Id make to the experience is to improve the car wash as part of the service. It wasnt leathered off so the whole bodywork was full of dirty dry stains. (I had to rewash it and dry it once I got home) :(

The vehicle was taken to the garage on the Wednesday and on the Thursday at 17.30 pm but nobody there knew whether the vehicle for ready, so I drove from Burnley to Huddersfield and stayed in an holiday and collected the vehicle at 13.30pm on Friday.

The work carried out seems good and the department was flexible in meeting my needs.I was disappointed that the Satnav device was written off as obsolete and irreparable. I contacted the French supplier and received a new cd and all is now ok

My car YC63 HGP was with you for 8 hours (10:00-18:00 27-09-18) for a simple service, some brake work and MOT. Although its an "extra", for the first time no wash or valet was done, and the car's computer shows I need the next service in 3000 miles!
Minor error on the test certicficate which is understandable, as not many cars in the UK use Kilometres on their odometer. DVLA database still showing excessive miles instead of kilometers. Perhaps in future a calculated mileage would serve?
Currently seeking clarification on a possible update of gearbox software. Was advised on collection that no software update was carried out, per my request, although it was immediately apparent on the drive home some changes have been made.

When I was sent the invoice for the service,the attached MOT certificate did not relate to my car;also the trip had not been re-set to show when the next service was due.

Always receive first class customer service from the second you step in the doorway from reception staff and all the other staff.
Service staff are helpful and explain everything that is being done with the vehicle. My response would have been 5 stars except for the high cost of servicing the vehicle.

When you give your car to a garage you expect some communication, not having to chase them! 14days later! Not having to be disappointed the the car was not ready when they said it would be!
They were helpful but all I went in for was for them to take a photo of a warranty claim on piano black dash. I couldn't see why I had to make an appointment for this as I was already in the garage discussing. Waited 2 weeks for photo?
! lit up on dash as I left and then went out after approx half a mile. This has not occurred since.Configuration of visual display has changed since the service.
