As above and the process of booking in, dropping off the vehicle and receiving an overview of the work that had been undertaken was all explained clearly to me.

See above. I have bought 2 brand new cars off Sandal and also 2 x 5 year service packs. Given the run around by Mark in the service department. Could never get directly in touch with anyone. Had to leave a message as they were always away from
Professional from start to finish. I could not fault the service I received from Sandal Huddersfield. Great communication and car fixed & ready by the agreed time. Car was beautifully clean, inside & out. Technician who did the work a cream it to BMW
Unable to find the leak in the boot area
No loan car available repeat failure of vehicle although service repondant did say as a 'gesture of goodwill' no charge made They did clean the car but it's the agro failure causes and not what you would expect
Jason was very helpful and just in general really professional.
The staff really helped me with every assistance I needed and ere very nice people who come out of their way to assist its customers.

my service was arranged at short notice and i really appreciated the 2 hour turnaround time.
This is not the first time Sandal have dealt with me at short/no notice to suit my convenience including one occasion when they carried out a major service which was overdue when I had arrived without an appointment
Very courteous and professional staff
This is not my local dealer but following an incident that required vehicle to be recovered by BMW Assist, Sandal at Huddersfield was the closest. They couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful dealing with this unplanned inbound.
It was agreed that the vehicle would be collected, serviced and returned to me by Graham, this was done as agreed and the vehicle was cleaned inside & out. Fantastic service, thank you
Car took longer to be serviced and this was very inconvenient.
I was at the garage pretty much all day as new parts had to be ordered. I was also experiencing problems with the hand brake not holding. To try to improve this it needed thd brakes to have new parts but there is minimal improvement.
Explained what teniesue was and that it had been resolved

I have absolutely no reason to complain.
Tyres were expensive compared to competition and meant I had to go elsewhere to replace these despite spending over £1600 on service, suspension and new brakes, I felt this could if been matched. Cost me time to sort out.
My car went in for an mot they had to keep it overnight so they supply me with a car fantastic service

Excellent service done on time
Service completed, although it did take longer than originally anticipated as they also completed work on a faulty EGR cooler at the same time (a week before I got my letter about it). They did speak with me about this before starting.

Schedule my visit alongside a university viewing for my daughter, and the receptionist, I did not grab her name, offered friendly and personal information on Huddersfield university which was fantastic and much appreciated.
From going in to Sandals to coming out i found everyone one i met very helpful and friendly and the work was done very quickly

In dealership experience very poor. Collection and delivery staff were polite and efficient.
I had some issues with the service department, however, in later days this was fully resolved by the service manager. The sales staff were very good although more technical information and increased accuracy would have been appreciated.
They got the job done eventually, car not washed or cleaned, took nearly 30 minutes to collect and do the paperwork etc, then he forgot the keys. Given there was no remedial work it shoudl have bene a quick 5 mins payment and leave.
I chose the option to wait for my car and the time ran over slightly

Sandal BMW provides complimentary wallet wash but they didn't bother at all about this offer for my car.
Met in car park and booked in promptly. Kept up to date on progress through the day and dealt with promptly on collection.
They had the car I wanted. There wasn't any pressure to purchase. They listen, where you find many don't. You get the outcome you want and not what the dealership want. Flexible and honest as the day is long.
The work undertaken was very good
Left a phone message requesting a call back but didn't receive one. Had to wait a while when I went to collect my car. The car had not been valeted/washed.

Was given a fixed price quote and told what was involved in the service. I was given a 2 hour slot and the service was completed on time. The member of staff explained the service and escorted me to my car.
service light due is still showing for June 2019 which presumably should have been changed to 2020 so I am going to have to take it back. The other concern was I had to wait about 30 minutes to pay for the car which negated earlier pick up time
Vehicle was returned promptly but as the same as last time wasn't vacuumed or washed was told would have to wait a couple of hours for this to be done.
Work carried out on time
It feels like every occasion (though its maybe only 90% of the time) I leave the car with you something goes wrong and it uses up more of my time for the 'issue' to be corrected. I do not wish to waste any more of time dealing with Hudd Sandal

Service and MOT completed in excellent manner and at reasonable cost
Prompt, courteous and honest.
Work done as and when requested. No unexpected costs incurred. Car valeted prior to collection.
Service was not updated on the car although I specifically asked that it was done as they missed it last time so now I have to find time to make another visit just to get it updated (again)
Customer service at the reception was good, but no clean car and no personalised video was a bit of a disappointment. BMW have since offered to clean my car at my convenience, but I declined

My car was returned after service, unwashed and unvacuumed, though to be fair, the dealership has sorted the matter and offered me a full valet
I've rarely taken my BMWs to anybody else but Sandal. The main reason being that the car is returned by Sandal in perfect condition.

Choosing my new car, negotiating a deal and picking up my car was faultless. Coffee Machine in the showroom is amazing and the staff were great. Being able to uncover my new car and drive it out of the showroom was the cherry on top of the cake.
100% experience was perfect, kept up to date, people seemed almost as excited as I was to see the car when it arrived, enhancing the experience.

I was not given a definite date which made me waiting for my vehicle. It should be prompt and effective delivery. It was not delivered on time.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at BMW and Tom was great, he understood exactly what I was looking for.
Knowledgeable and helpful sales person but it would have been nicer if the system allowed that person to finalise the deal. Maybe my experience is how all dealerships work irrespective of brand so as ever these days we have to go with the flow.
Slight mark down due to the fact my car came with orbital grey alloys but I requested black.

I got the car I wanted without any issues and it's totally to my specifications I didn't have to compromise on a single thing .. right down to the colour of the stitching.
Everything went as promised and pre delivery info was first class
