Our adviser came in to hand over on his day off! Now that is service and James was incredible. Very informative and a truly lovely man. From the minute we spoke on the phone, we knew we were travelling 250miles to do business with this man.

Everybody I dealt with went above and beyond, truly impressive service. Even passing staff I didn't know complimented my new car and stopped to have a quick chat about it(if this is taught to them it's a great idea).

The staff that I dealt with were very helpful and courteous throughout the process. Top marks to both Jane and Josh. That said the purchase process did seem to be overly complicated with a large amount of paperwork to be reviewed and signed.
