Never ring back when they say they will, three times. Charged for window wipers i didnt ask for or need. Did work in the boot and left a right mess. Tried to overcharge when they'd already given me a price. I could go on!!!!

Given a poor hire car that was dirty inside with sweets strewn over back seat and only 100 miles left on electric battery. My car was vacuumed but not the boot and my additional floor mats not replaced and left in boot.

I waited in the garage for my car, after 6.5hrs and chasing up again the service person came and apologised that they didn't know I was waiting and it was due to go in next! 7.5hrs I waited. Your reception staff are a credit and let down by service!

I have always used BMW to service my cars even though they are expensive. My down score is on the Friday the vehicle check was all green but I had to come back the following day for work on a leaking tyre valve which was leaking on that day

I was called, texted and emailed as a reminder twice before the appointment which is great. When I arrived the reception staff noticed my bag and asked if I needed work space, wifi code and plug socket, which I did. The work took less time too!

It was a 2 hour appointment and i was there four and a half hours!! I know i had to have two new tyres on as well, but Emily told me it wouldn't take long but it took one and three quarter hours!! If she had kept notifying me of what the hold up was

1. Connection to the wifi at the Huddersfield Sandal BMW is not easy. The wifi setup definitely needs to be fixed. 2. I waited a few hrs at the garage whilst my car was in repair. There are several TVs but none of them are tuned to any channels.

Took a day extra to replace a tyre which they did not have in stock in order for the vehicle to pass an MOT. The dealer will not provide a service plan as I did not buy the vehicle from themselves!

There was a minor breakdown in communication about a part that was needed but not a problem, the discount was fine and I walked away happy. Evie Snow my advisor and Lauren (I don't know her surname) were very helpful indeed please thank them for me.

We arrived in the early afternoon to be told that my car was finished and just needed a wash. We had to wait two hours before paying for the service. When we returned to the car, the dash cam was still unplugged. We later found a fault with the car.
