My car wasn't 100% clean Jane had to ask for the car touching up and when I got home it still had water marks all over the doors

Someone was always on reception (not the case for other local car dealerships) friendly and helpful. Staff were quickly available (also not the same experience at other local dealerships - waited over 15 mins in VW and ended up leaving).

Service experience was very good and informative. Only thing if say is we agreed to get it washed and vacced and it never got washed even though we got called at 4 to say it was getting cleaned. Maybe they forgot. Not a biggie but would have been nic

I was greeted professionally at 12.50 for a 13.00 appointment and was told a service advisor would see me shortly. Unfortunately i had to wait until 13.25 before I was seen with no appology for keeping me waiting which rather surprised me.

Bit frustrated. 1 Can't seem to contact service team by email to follow up on the issues below. 2 Offered a free clean and vac - nice perk. But the car (especially wheels) were very dirty and filler cap connector was loose. (Also see below.)

They make you wait ages for the second e consultant to come out, I have been there 15 minutes before now, this time was around 10. I asked the lady on reception to give them a nudge and she everyone complains about this!

See above - I'm a loyal customer of Sandal - however, standards have slipped, from the experience I've had of late - not your usual high standards. Also, please don't try to upsell me on 4x new tyres in response to a slow puncture on 1x tyre.

I accept that mistakes are made but not to be told something had been checked when clearly it had not. Next day when I had brought it to the dealership attention I was told that the adblue would be topped up free of charge on next service visit .

If Sandel's are overcharging every customer by 4.16% this is a Trading Standards issue, as it is Fraud. It may not be intentional but it is still wrong. What I feel most angry at is the lack of response by Lucy Gallagher in service.

After waiting 5 weeks the car had a brake service which was done. The diagnosis showed the car required a new replacement part. This was identified and I was called at 4pm to inform me and that the part would not arrive until the next day.

As noted above, didn't have the part to begin with and the car hasn't been right since. I've basically been told it's not their fault, despite the car being fine prior to it entering your garage. Let's see how the 25th April goes.

To unlock the boot of my car I used to press the open boot on fob now I have to unlock the car to do this I rang to explain to be told to go to settings to see if I can reset it surely it should have been set before leaving and radio and phone also ?

Difficulty in speaking to service personnel who always seem to be busy or unable to answer calls. Had Reason for clarification on quote supplied for recommendations as I was leaving. Spoke to receptionist who tried to contact service without success.
