Wasn't a great experience this time. Usually staff are keen to listen and help. But felt very rushed when I dropped car off. Didn't seem bothered by my concern, just wanted to take the keys and go.

It just felt disorganised and hurried. Work I asked to look at wasn't done but I only found this out when asked. Reason given was that only EV trained technicians can look at my vehicle? One was for a rattle and another was white worm on the alloy

I wasn't kept informed about what was happening. The car was towed in day 1, heard nothing by day 3 phoned up to check. Hire car was due back on day 4, so I needed to plan my time I was only allowed to speak to my advisor. No info when she was away
