The staff that I dealt with were very helpful and courteous throughout the process. Top marks to both Jane and Josh. That said the purchase process did seem to be overly complicated with a large amount of paperwork to be reviewed and signed.

I was called, texted and emailed as a reminder twice before the appointment which is great. When I arrived the reception staff noticed my bag and asked if I needed work space, wifi code and plug socket, which I did. The work took less time too!

It was a 2 hour appointment and i was there four and a half hours!! I know i had to have two new tyres on as well, but Emily told me it wouldn't take long but it took one and three quarter hours!! If she had kept notifying me of what the hold up was

Took a day extra to replace a tyre which they did not have in stock in order for the vehicle to pass an MOT. The dealer will not provide a service plan as I did not buy the vehicle from themselves!

1. Connection to the wifi at the Huddersfield Sandal BMW is not easy. The wifi setup definitely needs to be fixed. 2. I waited a few hrs at the garage whilst my car was in repair. There are several TVs but none of them are tuned to any channels.

We arrived in the early afternoon to be told that my car was finished and just needed a wash. We had to wait two hours before paying for the service. When we returned to the car, the dash cam was still unplugged. We later found a fault with the car.

The car was taken in due to a noise coming from the engine, I called them up after picking it back up to say the noise is worse then ever. I have to wait 2 weeks to get it back in... the car sounds like a tractor 21 plate. Not happy at all.
