Colleague suggested a software update when dropping my car for abrupt occasional navigation shut down whilst driving. But there was no confirmation when collecting car. Was promised a call back to clarify and it's been a week and no follow up.

Initial experience was 5 star. However, 2 days after I had an engine warning light due to notification not being cleared. Service to get this resolved was poor. I had to chase a callback and have to wait over a week to get the issue resolved.

My wife car was recovered because it would not start. The cause was a faulty fuel gauge and the car had no fuel. This was corrected by the garage, but left the car with several new faults including no parking assist function.

I don't like the fact that Sandal seem to want the car in all day even if it's just in for an MOT. Dropped my car off at 9am for something that should not take more than 1 hour. I even had to ring for a progress at 5:30pm!!

The best part was collecting the car. It was on a Friday at 17:45 with business closing at 18:00. It was enjoyable to speak with Anya? She was brilliant and she somehow made all the challenges of my work day disappear! The car was also well prepared.

Usually they are very good but recently were well below the standards I am used to. My latest visit I was dealt with by Kim who was excellent and gave the sort of customer service I expect. Getting to the point of collection is the difficult part.

Somewhat dissatisfied. I was quoted nearly £600 for a windscreen sensor replacement and calibration, that actually only required a 10min fix to reseat the rear view mirror housing. It was either a genuine mistake or a deliberate attempt to overstate.
