I was always dealt with in a professional manner, but without formality. It was always possible to discuss things by phone, with phone calls returned quickly when they could be taken immediately.

Car was with you from 8.30am(as requested). I asked to be called before 3.45pm as my last train to get to Huddersfield so I was there for closing was at 4.05pm. Nobody called me (this also happened on my last visit). No video sent either. No car wash

Service was fine but a bit disappointed that a broken coil spring was not identified until after 3 hours of waiting so the MOT failure meant I could not drive the vehicle home. Assistance was good but earlier identification would have avoided wait

The experience of the service was great from start to finish. I was able to work comfortably for a couple of hours with free refreshments, whilst I waited for my service to be carried out. The video of the car inspection was an added bonus.

On this occasion Sandal Huddersfield did not provide a complementary wash and clean service. My car was left the car park for collection in the same state with the plastic cover left near the pedals.

After car collection, I noticed there was a rattling noise from the engine, when I opened the bonnet, I realised the engine cover was loose. I had to take time again to return to BMW to get it sorted.

Whenever I book a 2hr waiting service, it always takes considerably longer. On this occasion, I arrived at 9am for a two hour slot to do an MOT and was told it would be ready for 11am. I actually left at 13:30!

They told me the completion time of two hours and it was 3.5. No communication as to why the extra time needed and feedback after the service was incomplete based on asking for two things to be looked at.

Restored my faith in bmw. I've previously used Sydney, they lost a lot of the service paperwork on an a1 condition car and then had the audacity to suggest I returned to them to renegotiate my finance terms in their favour. Terrible experience.

Service and MOT carried out promptly and efficiently. The only down side was the 'upsell' when trying to use the on-line check-in service, after the second page of stuff I didn't want I gave up and just checked-in at the reception desk.

The general experience was good, however my car was in for a parking sensor replacement and this wasn't resolved during the full day 8-5pm. I had to wait another morning before my car was ready

Car went in for a recall. Dropped car off and got a call teo hours later to say they didnt have all the parts. Didnt receive video or email with vehicle check and had to chase twice. When car was finally ready, had to wait 20 minutes for keys back.
