Dropped the car off at 7:45am before you opened and posted my keys through. Got a call at 4:45pm to say the MOT was half done, it was going to fail, needed a new tyre and it couldn't be done as all the technicians were going home.. Not great service.

The car was repaired fine. I was notified the front and rear level sensor arm needed replacing. In the vehicle health check this was quoted at 29.27. when confirming the appointment later i was quoted 329.

I booked in my car for the rear pads replacing. I had booked to stay with the car and the dealership were extremely accommodating, providing me with an office to work from and when the car had to be kept longer than expected they offered lunch.

My MOT failed and I needed a new tyres. I initially declined this, but changed my mind later on. They fitted the tyre and re-mot'd the vehicle in time for me to collected. Really happy with the service. Charlotte Oliver was helpful too in booking in.

The individuals I deal with were all brilliant, but there was a bit of a disconnect between everything and I think it's related to your IT. The check-in process used to be a human interaction, now it's a machine. Mixup around my wheel bolt as well.

I paid nearly £600 for a full service, yet my car wasn't washed or cleaned. Staff blamed technical issues-an excuse that has been given before. The car was returned around lunchtime, leaving ample time to sort if they wanted.
