It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. You will also see below customer comments, which are unedited.

On several occasions I’ve had my car in for various services or little niggles, but just recently the reflector has fallen off the light under the driver side door cil. Car is still under warranty, but always a battle to get work done under warranty.

My technician, John McHugh, is always helpful and knows his job. He is very efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Generally very good, good communication and all ran to time. The only negative was that the steering wheel and gearshift were dirty when I got in the car, so had to clean them when I got home.

An apology was given about the time it had taken to complete the service and I was then told that the sensor issue was because I had fitted winter tyres and not paid for new pressure sensors. Complete rubbish! I explained these were the same wheels
