Sadly had to wait over 20 mins for a service advisor to attend me on collecting my car. Perhaps collection appointment times should be made to avoid eveybody collecting there car at the same time around 5.00pm and having to wait too long.
Dealt with in a profesional manner, in good time by pleasant staff. Great coffee also.

I did have to wait a long time when I came back to pick up my car after going home. My car was lovely and clean inside and our though.

This was the second time the car had been in for the same issue - they kept it for four days including a weekend - we did not get a phone call to say it would not be ready and made a wasted journey to come and collect it. Still awaiting an email.

Usual good service, but £50 to swap my winter tyres for summer tyres, in my opinion was excessive. Consequently I did them myself.

The service offered and general customer experience was really good.
Very slow in the collection of my car for the service and the collection of the keys after. Also after 1 week the service lights have come back on so the car needs to go back to the garage.

Everything explained to me at time of booking , length , waiting area , costs and on the day , front of house team were friendly , on hand to answer any queries and the service was done well , timing was spot on and cost of the service was good.

I don't know what goes on under the bonnet and I haven't notice any particular improvement in running. Valet was nice. I did feel I was rushed out at the end when I'd paid a not insignificant amount of money.

Delay factore and advised that courtesy car not available until March 16 when 9 month old car required for 2 days for headlamp bulb replacement. Did finally obtain one!?
I called in without an appointment & explained that I had a problem with one of my tyre valves. I was told that I would need to wait a while however they would rectify my problem ASAP. This was completed within the hour, excellent service by John.
Do not return calls when you have waited all day. I had to ring 3 times to get my reply. This is not the first time. I even told the receptionist. Obviously made no difference.
Marked down on service experience due to broken rear wiper arm that I mentioned at handover was not replaced & ran out of screen wash two days after service, which it states was checked on the vehicle health check
Very good service unable to falt it
Let down specifically by being constantly fobbed off with poor excuses for my car to be repaired.Initally I could understand the information I received from the service department however my trust and confidence were totally lost in the end.
Tyre needed replacing and it was a good price.
Very happy from last visit compared to other times
Had issues with the tail gate opening owing to the fob button was very sensitive, it took 4 phone calls before some one told me there was an ongoing problem. It was the last phone call when it was explained to me.
Fixed the fault now drives fantastic
Took a long time to fix the problem, car off the road for fourteen days. However I was well looked after with replacement vehicles so not too much of a hardship. I appreciate the 'E' (plug in hybrid) knowledge is work in progress.

I'd logged a rattle on previous service and was told it would be sorted next time it's serviced. This hadn't been done as I was expecting so now have to wait until next service. Also head unit was due to be replaced but part hadnt been ordered.

We had a long wait once we have been informed our car was ready. Our spotlessly clean car had been washed by the service department and was left wet. customers should be asked if they want their car cleaning.

Except from one of the managers, there is no progress report given during the service to let you know how things are progressing. No sense of urgency from anyone
Thought car just needed MOT but in fact needed full sarvice which was done there and then for my convenience
1. They didn't actually book me in at all after i had called into the dealership. 2. Needed to cover at work couldn't have a loan car. 3. Dropped it off a day early explaining i need it back by 230, car wasn't ready, wasn't washed, rubbish!

The warranty repair work carried out on my passenger side door, the work was obviously not checked as the panel was hanging out by about 2 inches, there were dirty marks all over the white leather seat and where the leather is on the door too
Very friendly and courteous staff BUT no call to tell me my car was ready - evidently my mobile number could not be found, even though I bought my car from Sandal and had it serviced there and had been contacted before.
As above.. the fact they didn't listen properly meaning me having to book the car in again .. incoviencing me and requiring time out of work to sort this..
Great efficient service
Phoned up, asked me to bring the car in next day, found another fault, all sorted in a couple of days, Very friendly people.
On several occasions Ive had my car in for various services or little niggles, but just recently the reflector has fallen off the light under the driver side door cil. Car is still under warranty, but always a battle to get work done under warranty.

Accommodating & "can-do" attitude from all staff.
My car got fixed and received updates throughout. However it took an extremely long time than anticipated as spare parts had to be ordered from abroad. I strongly believe I should have been offered a courtesy car for such inconvenience.

I made the wrong choice of car a couple of years ago and thought I was going to be stuck with my mistake. Gary and Tom quickly assessed my needs , arranged test drives and put together a deal which had me in a more suitable car - all within 2 weeks.
Sales person was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic without being pushy. My purchase was helped greatly by having test drives in three different models which enabled me to properly judge which model was the most appropriate.

We had a small issue with the presumed valuation of the vehicle and I was not keen on how the initial compromise was handled, however the issue was over a few hundred pounds and I felt that the way in which it was initially handled was out of context
