On several occasions Ive had my car in for various services or little niggles, but just recently the reflector has fallen off the light under the driver side door cil. Car is still under warranty, but always a battle to get work done under warranty.
My technician, John McHugh, is always helpful and knows his job. He is very efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
Phoned up, asked me to bring the car in next day, found another fault, all sorted in a couple of days, Very friendly people.

On THIS occasion the garage ran out of time to complete the service and I have now to re-book an appointment for my Oil service

Accommodating & "can-do" attitude from all staff.
My car got fixed and received updates throughout. However it took an extremely long time than anticipated as spare parts had to be ordered from abroad. I strongly believe I should have been offered a courtesy car for such inconvenience.
When returning to pick up my car I was kept waiting for 30 minutes despite three phone calls from reception.

Car ready before time stated and well cleaned.
Generally very good, good communication and all ran to time. The only negative was that the steering wheel and gearshift were dirty when I got in the car, so had to clean them when I got home.
An apology was given about the time it had taken to complete the service and I was then told that the sensor issue was because I had fitted winter tyres and not paid for new pressure sensors. Complete rubbish! I explained these were the same wheels

MOST OF THE CARS ISSUES WHERE SORTED WITH THE NEW PARTS THAT HAD BEEN FITTED BUT I NEEDED EXTRA SUPPORT FOR SOME PROGRAMING
An email confirmation of the booking and a reminder email or text closer to the date were the only things absent.

The service has always been poor. The last twice I took my car in for service the keys have been lost. The last time the technician had taken them home. I complained and asked for the manager to call me the next day. Unsurprisingly there was no cal
The warranty issue with the sunroof has still not been resolved. The car will have to go back in.

I wasn't completely satisfied as I was told my car had been washed but when I picked it up it had not been washed.
On that occasion only; also the wheels returned appeared totally uncleaned. It is pity that the BMW does not clean wheels when placed in a storage.

Problem arose after service - very quickly rectified by Sandal - but the fault resulted in having to make a second journey to the dealership and another two hours awaiting rectification.
At my service it was agreed that a new roof would be ordered for my car as it was not correctly fixed last time. I have still not heard from Sandal Huddersfield and this is 2-3 months later
Car collected and brought back by pleasant man. All paper work not a bother. Reasonable price. Car valeted in andout,which I did not expect.

As usual John McHugh provided a warm welcome and the service was carried out in the time indicated without any fuss.
The service team went above the call of duty, the service adviser (Karl Goodyear) was ready for when i arrived, a loan car was provided, this was clean and i was shown all the controls before use.

Very efficient. Would of just appreciated a call to verify my car was ready to collect instead of phoning myself, as I didnt want to arrive there and be told my car wasnt ready
The hand-brake needed adjusting, after the new brake discs and pads where fitted, which required a further visit at a later date.
The car was serviced as arranged all went well.

The only improvement Id make to the experience is to improve the car wash as part of the service. It wasnt leathered off so the whole bodywork was full of dirty dry stains. (I had to rewash it and dry it once I got home) :(

The work carried out seems good and the department was flexible in meeting my needs.I was disappointed that the Satnav device was written off as obsolete and irreparable. I contacted the French supplier and received a new cd and all is now ok

We had a small issue with the presumed valuation of the vehicle and I was not keen on how the initial compromise was handled, however the issue was over a few hundred pounds and I felt that the way in which it was initially handled was out of context
