This would be 5stars as the garage was fantastic in stepping in and sorting a hire car. But did not look at paint defect as this was at their other garage and I would need to take it there? I would expect the dealer to have sorted this

Most of the Service staff have been pleasant and courteous, and I have recently had several dealings with Jeanette Stephenson who has been attentive, customer-focused and generally very good at dealing with warranty issues.
The service was fine and customer service is excellent. However the cost is high, and for various reasons at my last 2-3 services I haven't been able to have my car valeted. This time was because of covid restrictions - understandable but unfortunate
There was nothing missing from this experience particularly during covid.
Problem with tyre pressure after service
Sandal rectified a fault with the m5 that was intermittent and kept me up to date throughout

Option of waiting in the clean, safe waiting area or leaving the car and returning later. Option for working if weekday. Good range of days to choose from. Fantastic overview of what was carried out on video, sent by email and text.

Very efficient performance
Came in with the gear selector issue (covered under insured warranty). Everything was fine and the dealer managed to arrange a loan car for me, which was appreciated as my partner is heavily pregnant and needed transport in case of a new arrival...
Never had any issues with this dealership or any other BMW dealerships for that matter.

The first gentleman was professional but down to earth. As a result of his attention to detail, he saved me a few hundred pounds on my service. The lady who looked after me kept me up to date and her manner was friendly and professional.
The service advisor (Anthony) was patient and helpful in explaining what was going to happen and giving feedback afterwards. Included in the comprehensive feedback and car health check was a fabulous video prepared by the technician (Shannon)

I was completely satisfied. The centre did their best to complete the work as quickly as possible. Current covid restrictions requires the customer to leave the site and return in a couple of hours.
