When I eventually got there, after the appalling booking system, the experience was good. On a positive note, I collected a very clean car, both inside and out with the mudflap job well done.

Efficient service. Perhaps a little expensive for what is essentially basic scheduled maintenance.
Usually very courteous and helpful. However as with every other garage I've ever used, I wish staff would return calls when promised, or notify me when my vehicle is ready to be collected. In general though one of the better of many I've tried.

The service was completed on time.
Service team and reception staff were efficient and good. Sadly not the same can be said for the sales team. I had an enquiry in regards the purchase of an i3 and was advised that someone would come and speak with me, take me for a test drive etc.
I was not happy when I asked about collect and delivery and we were asked for £15. Which I thought was unacceptable, I could not see the point of the video.
They noticed an issue with my servicing and rectified it

Car was washed but the winter wheels were no touch. It would be better washing after wheels were fitted. This is the second tine this has happened so obviously not taking notice of earlier reports

After receiving a telephone call to say the car was ready for collection, on arrival to pick the car up I had to wait a good thirty minutes for someone from service to come and see me and then they gave me the invoice for payment and car keys. Bad.

Hand over was poor. Getting DVla letters for tax for old car. Car has been back in garage twice since it was purchases 4 weeks ago.
Not satisfied as I was with my old 4 series . Always get a like to like car doesn't need to be required . I was given a Mini Cooper that was manual when I drive an automatic car . Room for improvement

Very efficient. Car was booked in for service within a week of requesting. Greeted in reception and as promised car service complete and car washed within 2 hours.

From initial "Meet and Greet" at Reception through to leaving the showroom the BMW staff I came in to contact with were excellent with their customer focused service. In particular the Maintenance Manager Karl Goodyear, was excellent & very attentive

The whole experience was very good. My car passed it's MOT test and I was delighted on collection that it had been cleaned.
The sales staff were very good and I have no complaints. I did have issue with a recall that was not handled to my satisfaction although it should be noted that once raised the issue, the service manager (Mark Huggins) stepped in and was outstanding.
All staff are very friendly and helpful. Showroom is attractive and comfortable with good facilities. Janet and Chris looked after us and answered all our questions.
Car had zero fuel in when I picked it up ,despite me having prepaid for it, it was also not cleaned properly, not dried from a wash with polish marks all over
