The car itself is is excellent and it has been great to drive and is an incredible upgrade from my previous vehicle in terms of performance and convenience, aside from one minor issue that seems easily remedied, I am happy with it!

Booked in my car for a fault that appeared on my screen ,and was looked after by Lauryn Heaton in Service. Excellent service from start to finish with regular phone calls to keep me informed though the various stages of the repair.

The booking process was easy and the service carried out while I waited which is why I booked that particular service, as I live some distance away from the dealer I choose to use.

The load space would not fit the suitcase and a pram going to the airport. Just a few CM short. We had to have the pram on the knees of the rear passengers and we had a baby seat in the back also.

I have been bringing my car annually at Sandal for MOT and service. As always it is easy to book, and check in. This year Beth has been very helpful when it is time to collect the car.

Everything was on point from making the initial enquiry to booking in and getting the service completed. My expectations were fully managed. I was told it would be ready at a given time and it was. The plus side for me there were no unexpected issues

Customer service assistants are very pleasant, but I woukd rather speak directly to the tech. My AUC issue unresolved apparantly due to previous owner having fitted aftermarket video screens. Referred me back to VERTU Teeside, 300 mile round trip...

Very dissatisfied. Poor communication, unexpected charge for loan car, and rude customer service. I was misled about costs, treated unfairly, and given a dirty loan car. I've never had this issue before at Sandal - this experience was unacceptable.

Came in for a battery change. Was in and out in just over an hour. Had a health check done which identified a couple of other problems and was advised to book those in too. Repairs booked in.

I should have all liquids checked like coolant etc. After picking up car I had message on dash board that coolant is low. After questioning this in reception I been told this service dont include that despite documents saying it was check and OK

Reception staff did their best (but failed) to get me on your WiFi. Kim was my liaison, and she did a brilliant job. She understood my aggrieved position wrt failed MOT on tyres that I had been told were OK. She overcame subsequent issues wonderfully

The service and MOT itself was all fine. However, the centre were not aware my vehicle had been dropped off, meaning rather than the initial '2 hours' they advised the job would take, instead it was 2 days.

I was greeted professionally at 12.50 for a 13.00 appointment and was told a service advisor would see me shortly. Unfortunately i had to wait until 13.25 before I was seen with no appology for keeping me waiting which rather surprised me.
