The purchase of the car went smoothly especially a certain member of staff who dealt with me which was Mia Kelly she was brilliant so kind helpful and always jolly. Also a little touch which was amazing recieving flowers after the purchase.

Service was good. Did what they say they would do with good communication. However, there is always an upsell of other products and advisories on the car even though they had plenty of life in the component.

There was no communication from Anya Hale throughout the process and the car was there 8 days. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday 7th October so waited in all day until around 16:30pm with no updates so decided to call and it wasn't due.

I needed minor damage repairing. It took over 2 weeks for the BMW Centre to book my car in. I was refused permission to drive to the centre and told I needed to take photos first and was then told I needed to visit after all. Detail in next box

Happy with the service but the continued faults I've had (drivetrain) were unable to be diagnosed, because the system had cleared. Not the fault of the branch who gave advice what to do when this happens again, but for a 28k car not great.

Everything went smoothly. My car was ready when they said it would be. It had been cleaned inside & out which I really appreciated & I even got some fab freebies for the inconvenience. All the staff were helpful & very polite which is wonderful!

Service from Sandal Huddersfield has been poor. Engine warning light was visiable when leaving the garage to being dropped off at home. Collected the nest day and then damaged on the trim on the bumper. Which can be clearly seen

On taking your car into bmw,you are told you will be given a call to let you know what work is required and how much it will cost. I delivered my car at 8am. At 17.15 I realised I would have to ring them as they would soon be closing. Not good.

I constantly had to chase to get an issue resolved. This was an issue which was apparent when I test drove the vehicle. Had I not constantly phoned and emailed, I don't think the issue would have been addressed at all. It is still not fixed.
