Initial experience was 5 star. However, 2 days after I had an engine warning light due to notification not being cleared. Service to get this resolved was poor. I had to chase a callback and have to wait over a week to get the issue resolved.

My wife car was recovered because it would not start. The cause was a faulty fuel gauge and the car had no fuel. This was corrected by the garage, but left the car with several new faults including no parking assist function.

Was good, but seems difficult to get some things done, like wheel refurbs. The process needs to be more customer friendly.
