Customer Reservations Advisor/Service Bookings Team

Sandal Huddersfield has an opening for a Customer Reservations Advisor. Applications will only be considered if your have experience within a call centre environment and/or the motor trade.
This position is ideally suited to someone who is outgoing, follows procedures and thrives in an environment where providing exceptional customer service is the number one priority.
As a member of our small professional team, you will be responsible for:
Supporting predominately the Aftersales team with inbound and outbound service and repair request calls to our customers
Effective enquiry management
Cleansing and updating the database, accurately recording customer information
Identifying prospect and sales opportunities for the Service team
Your customer advisor experience should be comprehensive, ideally telephone based, but not necessarily in the motor industry, although an understanding would be a definite advantage.
This role involves working closely with both our Huddersfield and Wakefield Aftersales teams to ensure our business potential is maximised and we exceed our customers’ expectations.

This is a full time position which will include working Saturdays on a rota basis (normally one in four) with a day off during that week. The hours of work will be 8.00 am to 5.30 pm (early shift) or 8.30 am to 6.00 pm (late shift) with an hour unpaid lunch break, and 8.00 am to 5.00 pm on Saturday.
