Reporting directly to the Service Manager you will be responsible for:
Monitoring and maintaining operating systems and standards
Ensuring our business potential is maximised
Improving Customer Satisfaction levels.
Coaching and developing members of the Service Department.
The Service Department at Sandal Huddersfield is a fast moving facility with a 20 bay Workshop, Bodyshop, Tyre Bay, Valet Bay and MOT facility. We are looking for a candidate to add value and to contribute to the ongoing success of company. You will be a confident professional who has an ability to organise their team. By offering solutions and advice you will maintain good levels of communication within the Sandal Group.
The primary focus is to support the Service Manager drive forward customer service levels and sales performance. This is a great opportunity for an existing Assistant Service Manager, or an established Senior Service Advisor, who is determined to test and prove themselves for the next step in their career with a prestige brand.
We will provide an in-depth training programme that will allow the successful candidate to take charge of key areas of the department, organising their staff and ensuring that our business objectives are achieved.
Previous retail motor industry experience, at dealership level is essential, as is a full driving licence.
